Ways to Approach Men

Do you ever see men you would love to talk to but do not know what to say?  The suggestions below will give you several ideas and ways to approach men.  Remember to act confident and casual when approaching men.  You do not want to seem too eager so be nonchalant and see where the conversation takes you.  

1. Ask men directions - If you are out-and-about and see men you would like to approach ask for directions.  Men like to feel helpful and needed.  Aksing men for directions is a good way to break the ice.

2. Ask men for the time- If you see a man you would like to talk to ask him what time it is.  Asking for the time is a good way to start a conservation with men. 

3. Ask men what restaurant they recommend - If you are walking around a popular area or neighborhood ask men what restaurant they would recommend in the area.  Asking their opinion makes them feel important.  You could also ask if he wanted to join you for a bite to eat.

4. Ask men what bar or local hotspot they recommend - If you see men you would like to talk to ask them if there are any good bars or clubs in the area.  This information will tell you what bars or clubs men like to go to and will give you a chance to meet more men.  You could also ask the men to meet you for a drink.

5. Ask men for help/assistance at the gym- If you see attractive men at the gym ask them for help setting up equipment.  You can also ask their opinion about different types of exercises or how to use different machines.  Men like to help women because it makes them feel powerful and useful.

6. Ask men about their dog/pet -  If you are out walking in the neighborhood or are at a park and see men you want to approach ask them about their dog.  You can ask what kind of dog it is, what it`s name is, etc.  Also, you can ask to pet the dog and play with it.  Tell them about your dog/pet if you have one.  Men are attracted to women who get along with their pets.  Paying attention to their pet scores big points with men.

7. Ask men to recommend a wine or beer - When at a restaurant or bar approach men that you want to talk to and ask them to recommend a wine or beer.  This is a good conversation starter and you can get an idea of what they like to drink.  This makes men feel important and can lead to more conversation.  This may lead to men buying you a drink and will give you a chance to talk more.

8. Ask men the score of a game- When you are at a sporting event or sports bar watching a game ask men what the score is.  This will show men you are interested in the game and men love sports.  You will impress men by showing an interest in sports, especially if it is their favorite team.
